This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is an integral part of the Terms of Use of
FreedomCars.in, owned and operated by Freedom Cars. By booking with us, you agree to this
Policy along with all Governing Policies.
1. Scope & Incorporation
This Policy applies to all bookings made through the Freedom Cars website, mobile application, or
customer support. It must be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Cancellation & Refund Rules
| Timing of Cancellation | Refund Amount | Conditions |
| More than 48 hours before booking start | 50% refund | Remaining amount is non-refundable (admin/logistics). |
| Within 48 hours of booking start | 0% refund | No refund will be issued. |
| No-show (failure to pick up vehicle) | 0% refund | Treated as cancellation within 48 hours. |
| Freedom Cars cancellation (unavailability, safety, force majeure) | 100% refund | Full refund to original payment method. |
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment
provider. - Freedom Cars is not responsible for delays caused by external banks, wallets, or payment
gateways.
4. Rescheduling
- You may request to reschedule your booking at least 48 hours prior to the booking start time,
subject to vehicle availability. - Any fare difference or administrative charges must be paid at the time of rescheduling.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be treated as cancellations and are
non-refundable.
5. Limitations & Liability
From any refund amount, charges such as damages, excess kilometers, fuel shortfall, traffic fines,
or penalties will be deducted. Freedom Cars’ maximum liability for refunds or cancellations is
limited to the booking fees paid by the user, in line with our Terms of Use.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from cancellations or
refunds will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
